Criminal Trial

Euan has a wide range of experience in representing those accused of a variety of common law and statutory offences at first instance in the High Court and the Sheriff Court mostly as junior counsel in his own right but also as junior to senior and as lead junior. In addition to defending those accused of crime he has also prosecuted over 80 jury trials.

Euan has a particular interest in representing children accused of crime and those disadvantaged by poverty, discrimination and injustice.
